An International Conference “On Perspectives of Preservation and Development of the Integrity of the Planet’s Civilization. Culture. Ecology. Cosmos” was held in May of 2002 in Moscow. The Conference was organized by Russian scientists and individuals involved in social issues who are aware of the increasing ecological threat for the survival of the humanity. The specialists of different parts of the world participated in it. In the course of the Conference a resolution was adopted on founding “Noospheric Spiritual Ecological World Assembly”. In September of 2002 a said organization was officially founded at the Global Civic Forum of the Earth. A Grand Doctor of Philosophy Mrs. Lyubov Gordina was elected as a President of the World Assembly (further – NSEWA). The head of the American branch of the Assembly is Sofia Blank.

In the midst of a non-stop race in order to conquer a comfortable spot under the Sun, have you ever been pierced by a sudden question-investigator, question-judge, question-confession: - Why do I need it for? And what could I contribute to this inconceivable show in which I somehow appeared?

If you were not attacked by a similar series of questions, if you did not make attempts to dig deeper into your own soul in search of the Truth, if you just performed your daily routine duties like an automatic puppet, you did not practically live on a higher scale of this word. Since only a profound self-awareness guided by the Supreme Intelligence could be called “Life”. Nevertheless, beings residing on this planet consider themselves to be intelligent. Even though a history of the humanity proves the opposite. But at all times we were lucky enough to be given the messengers of Light and Knowledge. But, as a rule, they, unfortunately, were destroyed by ignorant and barbaric beings who were intolerant to any rays of the Light in their convenient animalistic existence. It seems as if everything on this planet was driven by an unshakable system of senseless, petty values.

But the point is that a majority of the residents of this planet think of themselves as unhappy and unaccomplished beings. And it is the reason that they are always in search of a special spot or a haven, or of some illusory sweet pleasure which eventually turns out to be bitter. They are in search of a magic rod that would put together the debris of their hopes and restore burnt bridges. That’s why at all times there were people who were unable and unwilling to look inside their own universe in order to become aware of what was really going on, and to have enough courage to face sometimes very unattractive and scary eyes of reality. And, consequently, learn to take wise steps in changing what is possible, and in accepting whatever is impossible to change. Those people who were not open to all that created for themselves unrealistic utopian illusions to flee a harsh reality.

But in fact everything should take place in the present moment. HERE and NOW. It is one of the main cosmic laws. And it is here and now that we, unreasonable children of Earth, reached a crucial point. But as always, our planetary guides are loyal to us and they send us such individuals who are destined to transform this world and to make it a safe home, emanating aromas of love and goodness.

One of such “gifts” bestowed upon us is a great personality motivated by the idea of taking the humanity out of a critical dead-end and to disclose to the earthlings the unheard-of horizons lit by the Cosmic Knowledge. It is not another Utopian, suffering from a maniac syndrome. It is a female scientist, an opera singer, a social activist. It is hard to list all her degrees, positions and scientific papers. It is Lyubov Sergeevna Gordina, the President of the World Assembly who resides in Moscow. Her file which is “swollen” with all kinds of diplomas, includes among other listings, the following ones: a degree of Grand Doctor of Philosophy, a position of an academician and of a professor of 7 World’s Academies. Lyubov Gordina was presented by the highest awards in Russia. She was named “A Woman of the Year (2004)” by the American Biography Institute, She received a medal and a special diploma “200 Outstanding Intellectuals of the XX Century” (Cambridge) for her humanitarian programs.

It was Lyubov Gordina who “launched” onto the orbit NSEWA. Here is the interpretation of the word “Noosphere” taken from the dictionary: “It is a new evolutionary state of biosphere at which the intelligent activity of a human being becomes a major factor in its development. Noosphere is known for its close interactions of the laws of nature with that of a human’s mind, and with the social and economic laws”.

Below are the excerpts from the “Manifest” which was adopted at the International symposium of a press conference on “Noospheric Innovations in Culture, Science etc.” held in April of 2005:

“In the process of its development the human civilization turned into a powerful biogeological force capable of ruining the balance of the main cycles of the Earth’s biosphere which would lead to the catastrophic consequences.

Under such conditions a strategic responsibility for the fate of the planetary civilization should be given to the united non-governmental organizations consisting of representatives of science and culture. NSEWA envisions its main goal in founding a Transnational Non-governmental Organization and in adopting a Unified Noospheric Spiritual and Ecological Constitution which would comply with the ideas of the noospheric human’s rights, with principles of non-violence, tolerance and peace ”.

The latest discoveries allowed us to create a new picture of the world. There is different, cosmic connotation of the spirituality of a human being. The science almost reached and accepted the Truth that there is the Universal Intelligence. And, ultimately, all facts are pointing to the necessity of uniting science, religion and arts.

It is for the first time in history that the Noospheric Constitution regards the aspects of human activities in such concepts as energy-information-matter. For 7 years the above-mentioned ideas were under a thorough study conducted by scientists, lawyers, representatives of culture and politics who realized that the Universe is an ongoing process of the exchange of the energy, information and matter.

The up-to-date knowledge supplemented human’s rights with the biological aspect. Below are the main goals of the Constitution:

Reserving the humanity as the unified cosmically valuable civilization.
Creating a legal basis for the human’s activity and protecting the planet as a holistic cosmic ecological system.
Creating favorable conditions for the development of the civilization.
Setting a balance in such aspects as rights and freedom, responsibility and duties in the future guidelines on Earth and in the Universe.
Intercosmic relations of the residents of the Earth and other planets.
Reaching peace in the whole world, terminating violence and war.
Creating the unified human community, which would preserve and protect its planet as a sacred place.

The fore-mentioned paragraphs are just a few pearls from the precious necklace of the goals and tasks of the Noospheric Constitution of the Humanity which was proposed by the World Assembly.

“Currently, - says academician Gordina, - practically no government in any country is able to handle the emergency problems which could be resolved only with the joint efforts of the whole world.”

Based on the opinion of the member of the NSEWA, doctor Jose Arguels, it is time to create a new calendar in which there would be 13 months and 28 days in a month. And July 25 should be a day without any time notation. In the address to the EXPO-2005 the World Assembly proposed to make July 25 a holiday “A Day of Earthlings”. Gordina thinks that a new calendar as opposed to the old one which is mechanistic, reflects the order of the Universe and of our Galaxy. And only under such calendar we could be better aligned with the universal rhythms and, consequently, our minds would function differently.

One of the major goals of the NSEWA is a complete reform of the educational system. In order to be able to erase the historically erroneous stereotypes in people’s minds, a science should be combined with the mass education. It is important to present people with the evidence using the scientific data that there exists a cosmophysical connection between every living being and to let them realize that the popular ideas of separation between nationalities and religions would lead to the fatal conflicts.

It is obvious that substantial funds are required in order to be able to accomplish the proposed educational reform. But a team of courageous enthusiasts guided by a fearless captain Lyubov Gordina are ready to deal with any obstacles that they might face on their path.

A list of NSEWA members is very impressive. Here are but a few of them: a spiritual leader Dalai Lama, an outstanding American esoteric writer Richard Bach, American writer and philosopher Jose Arguels, Art directors of the theater “Classical Ballet” Vladimir Vasilev and Nataliya Kasatkina, a great humanist Shi Chinmoi, internationally known singers Placido Domingo and Elena Obraztsova, an experimental pilot Marina Popovich, a writer Chingiz Aitmatov, an outstanding scientist academician Vlail Kaznacheev, one of the most known traveler Fyodor Konuhov, a Head of the Labor Party of Israel Ehud Barak and many others.

Lyobov Gordina was invited recently to the EXPO-2005 held in Japan. She will talk about a Noospheric Constitution. The World Assembly proposed to the participants of the EXPO to organize a foundation, to name it “A Living Earth” and to ask the governments of all countries to deposit 1% out of the military budgets for the needs of the Earth. It is worthwhile to note that governments spend for military purposes 27 times more funds than for preservation of the civilization and the planet.

NSEWA is one of a few non-governmental organizations, which was invited to participate in the International Exhibition in the Japanese city Nagoya. August 25 would be “A Day of the World Assembly”. There would be a presentation of the organization, introduction to the proposal of the Noospheric Constitution of the Humanity, and also scientists from different countries would present their findings.

There is a scenario of festivities which includes a sailing vessel which belongs to the Vladivostok Marine State University. There would be a Sail of Peace where the VIPs would sign their names. And a Certificate of membership would be given to the mayor of Hiroshima Mr. Tadatosi Akiba. These activities would be greeted from the Cosmic station by the astronauts Sergei Krikalev and John Phillips. According to the scenario, a planetary garden of the World Assembly would be planted in commemoration of the EXPO. Sure enough, the President of the Assembly hopes that everybody who has already realized that everything should happen HERE and NOW and whose mind frames are tuned in unison with the ideas of the Assembly would be willing to share their spiritual and financial resources for the accomplishment of this project. And the contributors would be able to present their work in EXPO.

As it was stated before, the American branch of the World Assembly located in New York is headed by Sofia Blank. She is a scientist, a researcher of the harmonious interactions between the prayers of different religions, the author of many books, an active promoter of the NSEWA ideas. She conducted over 200 radio programs with the scientists, writers, doctors, politicians, researchers, people with abnormal abilities from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belorussia, Austria, Canada, Israel. 2 Russian-American conferences were already held in New York. Presently, Sofia Blank along with other activists of the World Assembly is working at the new programs and textbooks as part of the educational reform.

“Understanding embracing the invisible world would transform human’s psychology”, - wrote a famous Russian esoteric researcher and painter Nikolai Rerich.

It is just about the time for such kind of transformation of our consciousness. We are a civilization of self-destroyers. We are so narrow-minded that it does not occur to us that the weapons with which we kill others are double-edged. It does not occur to us that the Earth is a living body, which is exhausted and traumatized by our insane tricks. And that the Cosmos imposes a corresponding sentence on us.

We are unable to comprehend that now a question “Who beats who?” has been modified. It acquired another coloring. The world is swinging like a gigantic bell in the rhythm: “Would we survive? Would we survive?” We may achieve the most important goals for our petty, gregarious ambitions, which would arouse envy of our fellow-men. We may have unbelievable careers. We may accumulate a lot of means of transportation and units of real estate, which we would proudly call “our property” but at which we would be hardly able to walk around with our legs that have lost a habit to walk. But taken all that, do we really feel ourselves ALIVE? Are we aware of the presence of the Superior Order filled with the flow of the cosmic energy? Do we experience a sharp feeling of responsibility for our fragile blue bead in the Universe – for our Earth?

If at least one string was moved in your soul and the bits of ancient knowledge imbedded in your memory were brought up which reminded you that you belong to the Cosmic Brotherhood, then at the same time with this feeling the lights would turn green for you in the direction of the World Assembly. Our cosmic brothers are awaiting our actions. HERE and NOW. Until it is too late.
